The holiday house is located in Feraxi, Capo Ferrato , in the South of Sardinia near the beautiful beaches of Costa Rei and Villasimus , about 50 minutes car ride from Cagliari airport .

The villa with a surface of over 100 sqm + garden belongs to a private residential complex at short distance from the beach of Feraxi (sandy and rocky beach), at about 550 meters walk from the sandy beach .

The villa is composed of the ground floor and the base floor and has a kitchen, a living room, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, a garden, a terracce and a patio.

The building is structured as follows:

• ground floor with big living room  with 2 sofas, Kitchen and bathroom with WC
• basement floor with 2 bathrooms with shower and WC, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with double- and single bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds or double bed and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed. Total of 12 beds.

External space with big furnished patio, sun terrace and private garden with 2 external showers and 2 barbecues. Free parking for 3-4 cars in front of the holiday house. The villa is equipped with electric oven, fridge, freezer, washing-machine, ironingboard, digital TV with SKY, dishes and kitchen accessories.

Bed linen and bath towels are available on request for a small fee.
